Property Description

Breton style cottage with two double rooms available with ensuite . Ideal location for house hunting in central Brittany or for exploring the North coast which is only 40 minutes away by car. We also have the Pont Melvez railway station at the bottom of our meadow were you can catch the local train to Guingamp or Carhaix.

Things To Do

There are several boules courts in the village along with a tennis court and football pitch. We have a swimming pool on site and various sporting activites can be par taken of in our 2.5 acre meadow

Rooms


		Room one Large double bed with ensuite comprising of toilet, shower & wash hand basin. Also available is a VCR & DVD playlers along with a free selection of multi language cassettes & DVDs.	Room Rate 41€ per night which also includes breakfast served in our dining room.


		Room two Large double bed with ensuite comprising of toilet, shower & wash hand basin also a put you up bed suitable for teenager or young child. We also have a cot available if rquired.	Room Rate 41€ per night which also includes breakfast served in our dining room.

Directions

From Guingamp or the N12 take the D787 towards Callac & Carhaix. After approximately 11 miles or 16 kilometres the road dips down to a level crossing with a warning light suspended above the centre of the carriageway. Immediately after the crossing turn left for Pont Melvez where there is also a garden centre on the oppsite corner. Our B&B is 50 meters up on the left hand side of the road.
