Bedhunt.com was started in May 2006 with the idea that - with clever technology - we could offer the first fully functional B&B website which is free to list on, and carries no booking commission either. While there were others at the time which also were free, none offered full function listings including photo's, page stats, links to websites etc Bedhunt was also first of the free directories to offer integrated Google Maps.Others have since followed, of course, but we are still pushing the boundaries and now offer free For Sale listings, plus we automatically publish our United Kingdom, South African and New Zealand B&B's to dedicated websites for those countries. All of this is controlled 24/7 by owners themselves. We cover our costs by selling advertising at the top, and on the right hand side of our website pages. Simple. Effective. No fuss. Two years on and we now have over 7000 listings ... in 25 countries ... and growing each day ...
