Larch Hill B&B

|
| Lesley and Chris offer you a warm welcome to Larch Hill in beautiful Queenstown. Larch Hill House is purpose built on an elevated site overlooking Lake Wakatipu.
As featured in 'National Geographic Traveler Magazine' 2006 and Cathay Pacific's 'Discovery' Magazine 2004, all rooms and sundeck in our comfortable and relaxing homestay have spectacular lake and mountain views.
A feeling of relaxation flows through the bedrooms into the dining room with its library, opening onto a sunny courtyard surrounded by cottage gardens. On arrival you are welcomed with refreshments. In winter a roaring log fire awaits your return from a day's skiing or sightseeing.
We are just 3 minutes' drive from the centre of town and within walking distance of the lake. Public transport passes our street.
Breakfasts are generous with homemade bread, freshly baked croissants and pastries, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt and freshly ground, percolated coffee.
Our self-contained apartment is ideal for families or for groups of 4.
We can provide pre-arranged complimentary pickups from Queenstown airport. Feel free to use our local knowledge to help plan your itinerary. We are booking agents for all Queenstown tours.
We have no pets and are non-smokers, but guests are welcome to smoke outdoors.
Fax, email, broadband and wireless internet facilities are available.

Things To Do
|
| Queenstown is the adventure capital of the world - skydiving, jetboating, bungy jumping, and skiing/snowboarding are just some activities to do here. But you can also sightsee (we have magnificent scenery), hike, shop etc. There are four great golf courses, award winning vineyards, cafes, restaurants and galleries in the vicinity. The list is endless.
Many people use Queenstown as a base from which to travel to Milford and Doubtful Sounds. You need a minimum of two days here just to do the "Must Dos" and to take in the sights. Don't be disappointed - book now! |
