A circa-1880's, Fourteen room Country Colonial-style Victorian Farmhouse decorated with family antiques is yours to enjoy in the Heart of the Finger Lakes. You will find spacious, beautifully appointed guest rooms. A library of treasures or a parlor of conversations in which to enjoy. In the kitchen is a large collection of advertising tins, while the eat-in pantry shares it's framed Cream of Wheat advertisements from an earlier 1900's. Guests may walk our 5 acres; exploring the many different wildflowers, berry bushes, fruit trees and herbs or just relax on one of our three porches. |

| * FROM ROCHESTER: Rte 490 East to Victor exit. South on Rte 96 & South on Rte 332 to Canandaigua. Left on Rte 20 East , then South (or Right) on Rte 247 to Reeds Corners. In Reeds Corners take first Left, Cty. Road #18 (bearing Right) follow to the end. Turn Left. Take next Right - East Swamp Road. About 900 feet on the Right is "The Gorham House" with the large 'L' shaped barn.
* FROM SOUTH: Take Rte 14 North to Rte 14A and through Penn Yan. Take Left turn onto Rte 364. Turn Right onto Voak Rd. Take Left onto Ferguson Corners Road and First Right onto East Swamp Road. You'll cross Flint Creek and "The Gorham House" will be on the Left as you pass the 'L' shaped barn.
