| Pleased to offer five new Seaside Cottages located on a private 15 acre peninsula, surronded by the Altantic Ocean. Each cottage is fully furnished and equipped for your stay with everything you need. Four cottages are 2 bedroom homes, and the fifth cottage offers a spacious one bedroom with additional office/ parlour. Each cottage has an ocean facing living room, eat-in kitchen, full four piece bathroom, one or two bedrooms. The kitchens are fully stocked with all small appliances, and full size appliances- Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave, all dishes, pans, cutlery, glassware and kitchen linens. The Livingroom face the water, and offer wonderful views through large windows, have colored satellite TV and VCRs, DVD available also, sofa bed, arm chairs, reading lamps, books, and board games. The bedrooms feature patio doors- lots of air and light, ceiling fans, bureaus, night tables, reading lamps, built-in closets, full length mirrors, comfortable beds (Q/D/T), quality linens, and reading materials. The bathrooms are comlete 4 piece with tub, shower, sink and toilet. Fresh towels are provided daily. Soap, shampoo and lotion are provided for your convenience also. Outside you'll enjoy your private ocean facing deck, full size propane BBQ, patio furniture, picnic table, fire pit and wood. There is also in addition to private firepits at each cottage, a community fore pit area for larger gatherings. We offer kayaks, canoes and bikes for your use. The cottages are wonderfully located on a very private peninsula, no neighbours, no roads, no noise or commotion- just beauty, peace and relaxation! |

Things To Do
|
| Enjoy the peace and quiet, visit one of, or all five of the local whte sand beaches. These beaches are gorgeous stretches on white sand that you'll enjoy going for walks on, sitting and watching the seals in the waves, or swimming (the water's cool/cold). Do some birdwatching- we are designated as one of Canada's "Important Bird Areas" IBAs... lists available at our office. Take in some sightseeing, visit a local museum, climb to the top of the Seal Island Lighthouse- its a museum in Barrington, visit one of many local working wharves, see the fishing fleets, or just sit on your deck and enjoy the sights and sound of Cape Sable Island. |

This cottage is our most romantic setting- decorated with a period Victorian parlour set it also offers all the modern day comforts for your stay. This is the only one bedroom cottage and features a Queen size bed. The extra room in this cottage has been turned into an office/ sitting room complete with kneehole desk for any office work you may need to catch up on, fainting couch/seatee, antique framed prints, etc. | Room Rate

Directions
|
| Take Highway 103 from Yarmouth to Barrington, take exit to Route 3. On Route 3 follow directions to Barrington Passage- at the stop lights (only set in town) take a left onto Cape Sable Island (causeway). We are a short 8km (5miles)- watch for signs.
From Halifax take Highway 103 into Barrington- follw directions as above. |
