Oude Schip is a modern double storey self-catering holiday home set in a small private estate just a few minutes from the village centre and the beach of Hout Bay.

The spacious home offers partial sea views and spectacular mountain views from the upper deck.
There are 3 good size bedrooms. The main double bedroom has a full en- suite bathroom. The 2nd double bedroom shares another full bathroom with the 3rd twin bedroom.
The comfortable lounge located on the upper level has satellite TV a DVD and Cd player.
Open plan dining area located on the lower level leads to a full kitchen with french doors that lead out to an entertainment area with a built-in BBQ, table & chairs and umbrella for those hot sunny days when you may want to enjoy your meals outdoors.
There is a separate scullery with dishwasher and a separate laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Hout Bay is a delightful village close to Cape Town, and the perfect base for exploring the beautiful Cape region. We boast several restaurants, bars and cafes, shops, arts + crafts centres, and galleries. Although the village enjoys a secluded position, nestled behind Table Mountain and between the mountain ranges and the Atlantic, we are still within easy of the city and highways, close to the Constantia wine farms and within easy reach of the highways to the wine farms of Stellenbosch, Paarl and Franschoek. Just along the coast is bustling Camps Bay, then on to Table Mountain, next stop popular V + A Waterfront. For the outdoors type, there are many walks, hikes, and climbs around the village, plus horse riding and a variety of water activities. Home to World of Birds, whale watching in winter, dolphins and seals year round, Hout Bay is a nature lover's paradise
