This Roman bed and breakfast establisment in situated on the top floor of a beautiful terraced townhouse in the heart of Umbertine Rome. The holiday accommodation has marvellous views over the rooftops of the Eternal City and the Dome of St Peter's, and is well situated for visits to the Vatican museums, the Basilica of St Peter's or the ancient Borgo district.

As well as cultural and artistic diversions, this part of Rome has some great shopping opportunities around the Via Ottaviano, and there is a wide choice of bars, restaurants, cinemas, theatres and discos. If you want to stray further afield, the B&B is easily accessible by car, and the metro and bus services provide an excellent public transport system.

The rooms at B&B Filomena e Francesca are bright and spacious with private bathrooms, and all are air-conditioned. There are three bedrooms (one triple, one double and a twin which can be used as a double.) Each bedroom has a private bathroom. Two of the rooms have a balcony, the other has the consolation of a hydro-massage bathtub.

The accommodation is private and stylish, with carefully selected furnishings complementing the decor of the rooms; the result: a friendly, relaxing pied-a-terre where you can unwind at the end of an exciting day in Rome.

There is a comfortable lounge where guests can mingle, watch TV or make plans for their holiday in Rome. A useful selection of maps, guides, catalogues and timetables is at your disposal - if these aren't enough to help you plan your moves, you can always chat with the staff who will be delighted to help you discover the hidden sights and lesser-known delights of Rome. With these resources at your disposal you can really make the most of your vacation in this awe-inspiring and daunting city.

Prices range from (EURO) €90 to €110 for a double room with reductions available for extended stays or single use. Prices include linen, breakfast, daily cleaning and taxes but are subject to a minimum stay (2 days offpeak, 3 days peak, 5 days for special offers). Extra beds are available for €20 per night.
