Coral Hill Bungalows is located at Playa Negra with its black sandy beach in Cahuita on the Caribbean Coast of Costa Rica. We are located just a 200 meter walk to the beach. We are 200 meters to a restaurant and a bar and 1 kilometer to the center of the village. We are 1.5 kilometers to the entrance of Cahuita National Park with its white sandy beach. We specialize in romantic getaways, honeymoons and couples retreats, anniversaries and quiet holidays.
We have 3 rustic yet luxuriously appointed single room Bungalows 47m. They are made of 3 different kinds of local hardwoods varnished to a shine. Each bungalow sleeps 2 people in a queen size 4 post bamboo bed. All of the furniture is designed and made by an artist in Costa Rica who specializes in bamboo furniture. The beds are covered in 1000 count cotton sheets, romantic red mosquito nets and multi speed ceiling fans. Each room is well lit, airy and very comfortable without air conditioning. The bathrooms are large and luxuriously appointed with thick fluffy towels, 2 hand painted ceramic sinks and a large open shower with glass block wall and overhead rain shower and hand wall shower.
Our bungalows are impeccably clean, spacious and well appointed. Each has an electronic in floor safe to store your valuables.
We have only three bungalows and they are set apart for privacy in a lush tropical garden shaded by trees and surrounded by flowers. We have secure parking and the owners live on the property.
We offer a gourmet full breakfast for two each morning. We also offer assistance in scheduling transportation tours and activities in Costa Rica.
