Welcome to our family apartment situated in a calm and quiet residential area, in walking distance to the centre of Lisbon, close to the Rato square and underground station, and three minutes’ walk from the main Avenida da Liberdade.
Rua do Salitre still has a number of private houses remaining from the 18th and 19th centuries and the apartment is on the ground floor of one of these, overlooking a spacious private garden to which guests also enjoy access. The building was fully renovated in 2004.
Also used as an art studio, the flat (140m2) is well furnished and centrally heated, with five rooms: an entrance hall, two large rooms and two double bedrooms (one en suite) and an ample and well-lit covered balcony. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. Cable TV. and a Piano.
Gardens like Principe Real, The Botanic Gardens and S. Pedro de Alcantara are just down the road. Cafés, restaurants and the famous "Bairro Alto" are just around the corner.
