Patio doors from sitting room to fully enclosed garden area not directly overlooked with outdoor furniture.
Downstairs cloakroom with wc and hand basin.
Off road parking directly outside the cottage for 2 cars.
First Floor:
Double bedroom with triple wardrobe, bedside cabinets with lamps, wall mirror and hairdryer.
Twin bedroom with views of Conwy golf course with triple wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, lamp and mirror.
Bathroom fully tiled with full bath with electric shower over, hand basin, wc, shaver point and mirror.

Facilities:
The property has full central heating and double glazing.
All gas & electric usage is included in the rental together with bed linen, towels and household cleaning materials and no booking fees!
