Bowes House

Comfortable family home set in a large established garden with stunning views of the Dorset/Somerset borders. Four acre adjoining paddock with sheep, hens, ducks, geese and two British saddleback pigs. Two large ensuite bedrooms, one twin and one double/twin both with superb views. Organic, local and homemade produce served, our own eggs, homemade preserves and yoghurt, organic cereals, local butter and bacon, fruit compotes from the garden etc. We try to be as eco friendly as possible and have solar powered hot water. Large sitting room with log fire, TV, video and DVD on request. Selection of films available. Refreshments and homemade cakes or biscuits offered on arrival and kitchen available to make hot drinks.
