| We are five minutes walk from the wonderful two mile sandy beach. Beautiful shore-line walks, safe bathing and beach activities, fishing, sailing, windsurfing and diving are all here. The Jurassic coast-line, a World Heritage Site, begins in Exmouth, offering majestic cliff top walks. The Exe estuary is an internationally recognised bird haven. Exmouth has plenty of restaurants, cafe, pubs and clubs and nearby Exeter offers both history and excellent shopping facilities. |

Directions

| Entering Exmouth via the one-way system, turn left into Rolle Street and continue past the church on the right hand side. Turn left into Dagmar Road, second on the left after the church, and our cark park is immediatley on the left. The property fronts onto Rolle Road, so is clearly visible. If travelling by bus or train, we are a ten minute walk from the station, a five minute walk from the town centre or the beach. |
