Situated in the heart if Mossel Bay, the Green Door Guest House is your ideal base from where to explore the Garden Route and experience true South African hospitality. The Green Door Guest House is your home away from home where we strive to make your stay as pleasurable and comfortable as possible. Contact us - you won't be disappointed!

Accommodation:

We offer 14 beautifully furnished en-suite bedrooms, of which 5 are sea facing with private balconies. We also cater for families and have 3 family en-suite bedrooms which can accommodate 2-5 guests at a time, a dormitory room accommodating 12 guests at a time, as well as a self-catering flat accommodating 4 guests at a time. All rooms are equiped with Televisions (M-Net) and have coffee and tea making facilities. We offer quality percale linen in all our rooms - as found at top 5 star resorts in South Africa. Please note that our rooms are non-smoking. A laundry service is also available.

Restaurant:
The Red Rooster Restaurant is a fully licensed restaurant and is open all day for our guests' convenience. We serve the most delicious meals and offer room service on request at no additional charge. We have just added a new deck from where you can relax or enjoy a meal while sipping on the magnificent view of whales passing by, ships and boats leaving and entering the harbour and sun-drenched beaches of Santos Beach - all with the majestic Outeniqua Mountain Range as backdrop - truly remarkable!
