| Grampian House is a small, privately owned guesthouse in the North Shore area of Blackpool offering quality, en-suite Bed & Breakfast accommodation.
Situated just 50 metres from the Promenade and close to the Train and Bus stations. The North Pier, Blackpool Tower and the Town Centre, with its Theatres, Restaurants, Pubs and Clubs, are all within easy walking distance.
On the promenade there is a frequent tram service to take you south to the famous Pleasure Beach or north to Fleetwood and the Freeport Shopping Village.
All our bedrooms are comfortably furnished with a shower & WC en-suite, central heating, colour television and complimentary refreshment tray.
In the lounge, we have a computer with free broadband internet access. For those with their own WiFi enabled laptops or notebooks etc., we also offer a free Wi-Fi service, which is accessible throughout the hotel.
A full English breakfast is served in our spacious and comfortable dining room, at separate tables for your convenience. We also serve a light breakfast until 11 am! We cater for vegetarians and will try to accommodate any special dietary needs.
We place great emphasis on cleanliness and service, and will strive to make your stay a pleasurable one.

Directions
|
| By Train (Blackpool North Station):
From the front entrance, follow the road along the side of the station building, past the rear entrance. Turn immediately right into High Street, when you reach Pleasant Street at the end, turn left. It is about a five-minute walk. If you prefer to take a taxi, there is a taxi rank in front of the station.
By Car:
From the promenade, travel north from the Tower (with the sea on your left!). Pleasant Street is the fourth street on the right after the North Pier (800 meters). Look out for the Claremont Hotel on the corner. Behind the Claremont Hotel you will see two mini roundabouts, turn right at the first, and left at the second. Grampian House is then immediately on the left.
By Coach (Talbot Road):
Turn right out of the station, across the pedestrian crossing, and then cross over into High Street. Continue along High Street (the main road bends to the left but High Street carries straight on) when you reach Pleasant Street at the end, turn left. It is about a five-minute walk. If you prefer to take a taxi, there is a taxi rank at the rear of the bus station.
By Coach (Lonsdale):
We would recommend taking a taxi from the Lonsdale Coach Stations, but if you prefer, you could walk to the promenade and take a short Tram ride north (with the sea on your left!). Ask the conductor for ‘Pleasant Street’ tram stop, which is the second stop after the North Pier.
By Air (Blackpool):
It is about a 15 minute taxi ride from Blackpool Airport.
By Air (Manchester):
There is a direct train service between Manchester Airport and Blackpool North Station. Journey time is about 1 hour 45 minutes.
