A private road through native bush will lead you to your own secluded 'retreat' accommodation which is set on a hillside of our 850 acre sheep farm where we accept exclusive one party bookings.

Be as busy as you like exploring the rugged Catlins coastline, join us on a farm or garden tour, or just unwind in this tranquil setting watching and listening to native birds.

Sliding glass doors from the living room and master bedroom open onto your covered deck where you can enjoy the panoramic views over rolling farmland to the sea with views of Stewart Island and Bluff in the background. When you are ready, relax in your outside double spa bath, soak in the ambiance of the peaceful country atmosphere and watch the stunning sunsets.
At your door step board a helicopter for a scenic flight or maybe a trip to Stewart Island, or enjoy your own private native bush walk. Golf, fishing or strolls on deserted beaches are only 5 minutes drive away, along with the local shop and restaurant.
