| Charnigup Farm is a 100 acre cattle and wildflower property surrounded by unspoilt bushland providing walks, wildflowers and bird species in abundance. Ideally situated between Mt Barker and Albany, within easy reach of the spectacular South Coast, Porongurup and Stirling Ranges, wineries and other regional attractions. The owner-built mudbrick homestead commands lovely views. Antiques and original paintings, together with comfortable modern furniture combine to create a restful, relaxing atmosphere. Accommodation for up to four accompanying adults (sorry - no children) is in a separate wing with spacious bathroom, private entry through guest sittingroom/kitchenette (TV,fridge, sink, hotplates and microwave) and adjoining carport. Gazebo with BBQ available for gust use. Awake to views of garden and hills from both bedrooms. Charmaine and Nigel, (gardening, artistic pursuits, botany and bird watching enthusiasts) will treat you as part of the family and share our local knowledge to ensure your visit is a memorable one.

| Charnigup Farm Bed and Breakfast is located 25 km north east of Albany, just off Chester Pass Road. If you are approaching from Perth along Albany Highway, take the left hand turn in Mt Barker for The Porongurups. At the end of this scenic drive, turn right towards Albany, along Chester Pass Road. After crossing the Napier Bridge (16 km) Mawson Road is off to your right, just up the hill past the Napier Hall. We are 1 km down Mawson Road, on your right. Approaching from Albany or Denmark, take Chester Pass Road out of Albany. At Bakers Junction (12 km), bear left towards Borden and the Stirling Ranges. Mawson Road is 12 km on the left and Charnigup Farm 1 km down Mawson Road, on the right hand side.
