Each well-equipped room provides our guests with a comfortable and relaxing visit. Guest facilities include: ensuite welcome tray; TV; radio alarms; hairdryers; heated towel rails; fridge; trouser press; ironing. Well behaved dogs are welcome. Off road parking and undercover parking for motorbikes and bicycles.For the buisness guest, we offer internet accessfor your laptop.

The Ribble Valley is ideally suited for walkers and cyclists wishing to take advantage of the area's unspoilt natural beauty. We are only 20 minutes' drive to the Yorkshire Dales and have easy access to both Blackpool and the Lake District. There are a large number of mill shops in the area, which are ideal for all you bargain hunters!

Rose Cottage is situated on the corner of Showley Rd and Longsight Rd (A59) Five miles from J31 of the M6.

From M6 J31 take the A59 sign posted to Clitheroe we are situated opposite the Royal Oak - an eating pub.
