| We are a small, friendly, centrally located hotel just yards from seafront parking, and we boast views of the sea from our garden, guest lounge, and one family room.
We are less than 10 minutes away from main attractions, including theatres, clubs, the cinema, central pier; Blackpool Tower and the Winter Gardens. We are only a short tram ride from Cocker Street to the Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle Water Park and South Pier on the South Shore.
Even with all these attractions on our doorstep, you can still enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep, as we cater for families, couples and small groups only. We are located just far enough away from the late-night clubs for you avoid being disturbed.
Low cost parking is available nearby.
Discounts available for Children under 12yrs, and stays of 3 or more nights. Please contact for availability and pricing.
Regrettably we do not accept Stag or Hen parties, or Groups for under 25's. |

Our recently refurbished En-Suite Rooms sleep from one to 5 people.
Smoking is permitted within rooms, although every effort is made to ensure this has only a minimal effect on non-smoking guests. | Room Rate

Directions
|
| TRAIN - CENTRAL STATION
Take the train to North Shore Station (Central), and walk towards the Promenade/town centre until Dickson Road.
Turn right and continue past 'Funny Girls' for 300 yards, and Cocker Street is located on the left.
BUS - CENTRAL STATION
Take the bus to Talbot Road Bus Station and walk towards the Wilkinsons Store.
Continue along Dickson Road, past 'Funny Girls' for 300 yards, and Cocker Street is located on the left.
MOTORWAY - M55
Leave the Motorway for 'North Shore' and follow the signs to the Town Centre.
Head for the Promenade, and turn right past North Pier/Tower and the 'Metropole Hotel' on the sea front.
Cocker Street is the 3rd right turn after the Metropole.
A ‘Pay and Display’ car park is located on the Promenade/Cocker Street, and the hotel is located on the right after the car park.
Low Cost Parking is also available at the Train Station on Banks Street, only 3 minutes walk. |
