Tahamoana House & Studio
Tahamoana House:
Is an executive home that has been luxuriously appointed it is positioned on the waterfront at Matauwhi Bay in Russell and a 5 minute walk into the village.

The house features 2 large bedrooms, the master has a queen size bed, relax and enjoy the view of the water from your bed, the other bedroom has two king singles. There is an Italian designer bathroom with large walk in shower and a deep bath to have that delightfully relaxing soak in.

The open plan lounge is very well appointed with comfortable seating to relax and watch SKY TV, the designer kitchen has all the modern conveniences that you could want, the lovely dining room looks out across the bay to the local yacht club. The large outdoor decking area lends wonderfully well to that late summer BBQ with family and friends.

Tahamoana Studio:
Is nestled in the same private location, however separate from the house. The studio is one bedroom has it's own breakfast making facilities, and has a stunning designer Italian en-suite bathroom.

Please note: For your comfort, Tahamoana House and Studio are non-smoking inside. Linen is not supplied, it is an additional cost if required of $25.00 per person per week - BYO (Bring your own) is also an option.

The quoted nightly tariff for the house is for 4 persons, and the Studio for 2 persons if both the house and studio are occupied a maximum of 6 persons is allowed. Please note: The house and studio can be let separately at the quoted rates for each.

Peak and Shoulder Tariff for the House and Studio: NZD$600.00 for 6 persons.

Off-Peak Tariff for the House and Studio : NZD$450.00 for 6 persons.

Peak and Shoulder Tariff for the House: NZD$380.00 for 4 persons.

Off-Peak Tariff for the House: NZD$250.00 for 4 persons.

Peak and Shoulder Tariff for the Studio: NZD$220.00 for 2 persons.

Off-Peak Tariff for the Studio: NZD$200.00 for 2 persons.
