In 2006, after being neglected for many years, the renovation of the old farm workers cottage called the Bothy was completed. Using energy saving solar panels and under floor heating it has been renovated to provide high quality self-contained luxury accommodation.

Things To Do

The Kings Arms Inn & Restaurant serves a good selection of local beers and has a reputation for excellent food served in traditional pub surroundings. Visit the Vale of Belvoir and Belvoir Castle. Sail or fish at Rutland Water. Vist Melton Mowbray and stock up on its famous Pork Pie.

		The Bothy The layout of the building is one up one down. The accommodation is ideally suited for 1 or 2 Adults or a couple with 1 or 2 small children. We do not recommend the accommodation for families with grown up children. Full details can be found on our web site www.robertsfarm.co.uk	Room Rate The Bothy is available on a weekly basis Saturday to Saturday for £200 (€270) per week January to early December. Over Christmas and New Year it is £250 ( €302) per week

Directions

When you drive into Melton Mowbray follow the signs for Grantham. On the inner ring road in Melton take a left turn to Scalford, the junction has a Marks and Spencer just food shop on the corner. Drive for 4 miles to Scalford. as you come into the village go around a sharp left bend by the Plough Pub, go up the road for 50m and take the right turn into Church Street opposite the Kings Arms Pub. Roberts Farm is number 4 the second house on the right. Just past the house is the entrance to the car park at the rear of the property.
