| Casbak Alpine Units offer 3.5 star self contained units. We have one and two bedroom units with all linen supplied. The units have electric blankets, gas heating, tv's & dvd's. We have a guest laundry with washing machine dryer and iron provided. We are in the centre of Harrietville, with our own Gas BBQ's on the banks of the Ovens river. The large swimming pool and 3 acres of European trees and gardens are an attraction all year round whether it is shade in summer for the pool or the colour of the trees in autumm. Children love the playground and recreation room for pool or table tennis. There is a sauna to ease your body after a hard day on the snow fields and a drying room. |

Things To Do

| Casbak Alpine Units are a great base for skiing, walking, whether it be easy strolls around the picturesque village of Harrietville or the more challenging Mt Feathertop, or the medium Washington Bridge walk: swimming, either in our large pool or at the Tronogh Dredge:cycling, either sight seeing or a quick earling moring challenge to Mt Hotham.
Harrietville offers two hotels for meals and 2 cafes for light snacks, also the General store and Post Office. Visit the Lavender farm for devonshire tea, or Granny's Pantry for gift ware. Just a little farther and check out the wineries, Bright, Deer, Alpaca & Trout farms, Ultra light flights and Galleries. There is always plenty to see and do in the High Country |
