| This House is located in the centre of the village Argyroupolis renowned for its outstanding natural beauty. The house provides the opportunity to really live and experience the Cretan nature, but also the special culture. The very close proximity to the main highway that crosses the island gives also the advantage of easy access to the entire region of Crete.
Type A: Two studios on the ground floor having their own entrance consists of a spacious bed/living area, kitchen and bath/WC. One studio is suitable for 2 people with twin beds and the other one is suitable for 2-4 people with 3 single beds and one sofa bed.
Type B: The apartment on the ground floor for 4-5 people has his own entrance and consists of one bedroom with double bed, bed/living area with one single bed and a sofa bed, kitchen and bath/WC.
Type C: From its own entrance a few steps leads up to the suite for 4 people. It has two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, one living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms and the living room have also a terrace.
Each one includes a TV in each bedroom and living room, internet access, air conditioning and washing machine. Each kitchen is equipped with oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and toaster.
In the reception area you can enjoy your breakfast (extra charge) or just relax by having your coffee. There is also a swimming pool (35sqm) and a BBQ.

Things To Do

| Argiroupolis is a village of the county of Rethymno, built at 260m a.s.l. between the rivers "Mousselas" and "Petres". It lies 22km from the national road and 5km from Episkopi. Its 700 inhabitants are mainly farmers and stock breeders.There is a police station, post office, gas station, taverns and other facilities.The village has natural springs and lush vegetation which makes for a very pleasant stroll through its streets.
The village of Georgioupolis with it’s particularly beautiful setting between sea and mountain, is situated between the towns of Rethymno, a 30 minute journey by car and Chania which is a 45 minute drive away. This charming village with its long stretch of sandy beach and river running into the sea, was until recent times a sleepy little fishing village in an out of the way place. Over the past 20 years it has slowly grown into a very popular little holiday resort, with a wide range of tavernas, shops, cafes, boutiques and other amenities. The beautiful countryside surrounding the village is ideal for those keen on walking, while the splendid sandy shore and relaxed sea side atmosphere make it ideal for beach lovers. |
