| Come and stay on our friendly family run working farm situated in this beautiful and peaceful part of North Yorkshire, we are on the edge of the Yorkshire Wolds but still close to York (12 miles). Enjoy Traditional Yorkshire Hospitality. Home made breads, jams, cakes and home or locally produced food. Your breakfast is cooked on the old range in the farmhouse kitchen, this gives the true flavour of real home cooking. All bedrooms are very well presented and are all ensuite/private bathroom. Guests private lounge/dining room with open fire, fridge, breathtaking views. Come and stay, you wont be disappointed!!

Directions

| From York take the A64 towards Malton and Scarborough, just before the Little Chef (on your left), turn RIGHT, follow the signs for Harton, then follow the signs for Howsham, do not turn to Howsham Only, carry straight on, approx 2 miles, to the cross roads (Gally Gap), at the crossroads go STRAIGHT ahead towards Leavening. Clifton Farm is approx 1 mile from the cross roads on your RIGHT, we are one field inland. Look for the white farm sign.
We do not display a B&B sign at the lane end as we do not take passing trade (advanced bookings only). We feel that this ensures both privacy and security for our guests and ourselves.
