Las Palmeras has 5 bedrooms on 2 levels, each level having its own living room and kitchen. Connected, in typical Valencian style, via an exterior stairway the uppeer level has 2 bedrooms, large familyt bathroom with walkin shower and bath plus a seconf WC/cloakroom. Lower level has 3 bedrooms one with ensuite with bath and walk in shower, plus a family shower room,
Just a few minutes walk from the nearest bay. 5 minutes drive
from Moraira and a wonderful situation for a peaceful holiday with many places to visit, great golf, water sports, hiking in the Sierras, and more restaurants than you could eat at in a year. The villa has a private blue, mosaic lined pool and ample terracing. |

Directions
|
| Directions from Alicante Airport to Villa
Leave the airport and follow the Blue signs to Valencia , it is a small road that links to a larger one (340) which then links down to the A7. All this is signed Valencia with a blue sign.
After 21 kms you go through a tunnel and 6 kms later have to take a ticket for the toll route. (Benidorm exits are about half way to villa)
At 80kms exit to Benissa/Teulada Exit 63
Pay toll of about 5 Euros
Take the Teulada road (straight on also signed Javea)
The road does a double circle back on itself and then joins the main road.
Follow the road signed to the centre of Teulada until you are on the main high street with shops either side. Carry on straight up main street and take right turn at the end of the high street towards Moraira.
The road twists down the hillside, passing a Go Kart centre on your left. Then past MasYMas (supermarket) also on left.
Straight over roundabout to Calp (92kms) You are now entering the centre of Moraira.
Onto next roundabout and turn right to Calp.( this is the local spelling for Calpe)
Follow the coast road to Calp.
After about 5 mins driving you will see Pepe la Sal supermarket on your right.
The road zigzags sharply. Pato Peking (a good Chinese) is on the left.
The next right on bend signed Hotel Montemar and restaurant Rondo. Turn up here.
The road bends to the left in front of the Hotel Montemar.
Go over red speed bump and take the first right into Calle Boga.

If you are parking in the drive, beware of the lip at the entrance, particularly if the car is weighed down with suitcases etc as it is easy to ‘bottom out’.
Outside lights should come on automatically when you walk down entrance path to front door at night.
Note:
There is a last minute cut through to the villa if you wish to try it, perhaps after you have initially used the normal route. After Pepe la Sal’s take the 1st right (small sharp downhill turn) at Tico Tico restaurant. Proceed straight ahead through the ’20’ speed sign. At the end turn left and you will find your self at the junction with Hotel Montemar on your right. Proceed as normal to the villa.
To use this cut through in reverse, turn left up the side of restaurant Rondo, just before the recycling bins.
Alternate route which you may find more complicated but is a little quicker:
From the motorway take exit 63 then turn right onto N332 (Bennisa/Calpe) At the 2nd roundabout take the 3rd exit (Giner rent a car on left) Take CV741 left to Teulada.
Turn left when you reach the turning with a small supermarket on the left corner. At the roundabout take the first exit to Benimarco.
Bear right at the monument (no choice really)
At Montemar turn left to Baladrar.
Go over 3 speed humps and turn 2nd left into Calle Boga. 2nd villa on the right..
