| The Flaghouse bed and breakfast offers a high standard of accommodation in a lovely rural location opposite a waterfall near St Andrews, Fife.
As well as Bed and Breakfast we also offer Self Catering for up to 4 adults (but best with 2).
Choose from a luxury double, en-suite or lovely twin rooms. It is only a short stroll to a delicatessen, restaurant and café. A short (5-10mins) drive will get you into St Andrews . Ideal for a golfing holiday and only 15 minutes from Tay Bridge to Dundee . This is a great base to explore the beautiful East Neuk of Fife with its pretty fishing villages. Luxury extras include a cinema and hot-tub. Sit on decking in the garden or walk through woods. Have a whisky & watch a DVD in the guest lounge. Our self-catering accommodates up to 4 adults. We have locked storage for bicycles. A guest kitchen may also be made available to you.
Come and go as you please.We will book seats at recommended local restaurants for you. This is relaxed accommodation of a high standard with the aim of giving you a pleasurable stay. |

Things To Do

| This is an excellent base for visiting beautiful Fife, whether it be for the Scottish hospitality, exploring the Fife fishing villages or on a golf pilgrimage to Saint Andrews, Fife or further afield to Carnoustie or Gleneagles. It is also convenient for other sites of interest outwith Fife, such as Dundee (Scotland's 3rd city), scenic Edinburgh, cosmopolitan Glasgow or the Highland scenery of Perth and beyond. We are only a few minutes drive from a train station, giving easy access to cities such as Edinburgh or Dundee.

Directions
|
| From the M90, turn off along the A91 towards St Andrews. Follow this until you enter Cupar. After the park in the centre of Cupar is a road to the right (B490, sign-posted for Pitscottie), take this and follow it the few miles into Pitscottie. Just over the small bridge in Pitscottie, opposite the White Chimneys Tearoom and before you reach the crossroads is a small road turning sharply to the left. Take this, the Flaghouse is the first house you will meet on the right-hand side of the road about half a mile down - it has a flag on top! |
