Leaving the main road you will amble down the avenue just 0.5km to arrive in a working farm with a spectaculr 17th century original limestone farmhouse with courtyard. The property combines both history and agriculture with sweeping views across the west Waterford countryside.

The newly refurbished rooms are spacious and inviting and have been tastfully decorated, all rooms have courtyard views

House is situated in the scenic country side, 4km from the heritage town of Lismore in County Waterford. There are seven rooms that cater for bed and breakfast. All rooms are ensuite with large bathrooms with bath and shower facilities. All rooms have tea/coffee making facilities and hairdryer. There is a range of double, twin and family rooms. There are ground floor bedrooms available as well as first floor bedrooms

Situated on the banks of the river Blackwater this is a superb rustic retreat for exploring the south/south-east region. West Waterford itself if renowned for its salmon & sea angling, golf, sandy beaches and breathtaking scenery. Lismore Heritage Town is less than 3 km away which is renowned for Lismore Castle and Gardens, its many walks, the River Blackwater and many gastro pubs.

Directions

Take the N72 to Lismore. On the Tallow side of Lismore at the Toyota garage there is a signpost for Glencairn, take this road for 3km.

There is a driveway to your right hand side with a timber railing at the entrance, take this road and continue to the end.
