completely remodelled, elegantely furnished and beautifully decorated and includes tromp l'oeil painted by the owner. We provide a cell phone so our guests can easily reach us at any time, essentially we are"on call consierge".
Rates from EU 120 to EU 190 per night. Last minutes special rate. Special rate in August. Rates are all inclusive: no extra fee.

In summer season a frequent service of ferry will take you at Ponza Island, leaving from Fiumicino.
Surfer: 40 minutes driving to reach "Banzai Beach"

| from Fiumicino airport: train to Termini Station, Metro to Colosseum (2 stops) from there 5 minutes walking.
From Ciampino airport: bus to Anagnina Station, train to Termini Station, continue as above.
By car: follow instruction for "Center" - "Colosseo"
30 minutes driving to Fiumicino or Ciampino Airport(taxi provided)
1 hour driving to the port of Civitavecchia. Car is not needed while in Rome in this very central apartment (garage with valet parking at few steps - Eu 25/30 per day - or parking in the street below the apartment - parking fee). We recommend to drop the rental car at Fiumicino airport and we provide for taxi service to pick the guests up from there to the apartment or viceversa
