| Waimanu Lodge (Qualmark 4 Star plus) is purpose built and offers two luxury self contained and serviced motel style studio units, catering for couples, providing Bed and Breakfast in Northland. Our accommodation has all the privacy and convenience of a motel, whilst offering the luxury of Bed and Breakfast. Our guest suites open directly onto a lounging deck, heated swimming pool and Spa pool, with dramatic views of the harbour. To ensure your privacy, we only book one guest party at a time. Your Hosts suppy a continental breakfast at no extra charge. Facilities include a Free DVD Library, Sky TV, Free wireless internet, light cooking facilities, guest laundry and secure trailer boat parking with an all tide concrete launching ramp. Whangaroa Harbour allows all weather boating, good fishing, Diving, Harbour Cruises, Sailing and Kayaking all in protected waters. Big Game Fishing ,Sailing and Snapper fishing Charters are all available. We are conveniently located just off State Highway 10 en route to the Far North and Cape Reinga.

Things To Do

| Whangaroa Harbour offers most all weather boating, recreational fishing, diving, harbour cruises, eco walks, sailing and kayaking all in protected waters. Big Game Fishing, Sailing and Snapper fishing charters are all available. There is also an excellent all tide concrete launching ramp for trailer boats. The sandy beaches of Tauranga Bay, Taupo Bay and Coopers Beach in Doubtless Bay, including the golf courses of Kauri Cliffs and Whangaroa are all close by. |

Directions

| Whangaroa Harbour is a magnificent picturesque inland harbour, peaceful and secluded, protected by dramatic rock formations, with a relaxed fishing village atmosphere. Positioned 30km north of Kerikeri in the Bay of Islands and 10km by boat from the Cavalli Islands. Take the Whangaroa turnoff just North of Kaeo on SH10, then take the first road on your right past the Marlin Hotel in Whangaroa and follow the signs to the top of the hill. |
