New apartment (2007) with bedroom, dining room with frensh kitchen , bed-settee for two persons, sleeping platform for two persons, bathroom and toilet.Satelit tv , adsl internet.
In the kitchen there is hot plates , refrigerator , micro wave , coffee machine, elektric kettle , etc.
There is a travel cot and a high babychair.
In front of the apartment there is a big terrace with table , 6 chairs and a grill.
Behind the apartment there is a smaller terrace with table and chairs.
The apartment is suitable for 4 adults and 2 children up to 12 years.
In the highseason (w 26 - 35) it's only for rent weekly from saturday to saturday.
Remaining weeks you can rent it for minimum 2 nights.
Price:
In highseason 3000 kr. weekly.
Out of highseason 2000 kr. weekly.
Price for one night 500 kr. max. four persons + 100 kr for each ekstra person.
Cleaning is not included. You may clean yourself, but you can also book us to do it for 500 kr.
You have to use bed linen . You can rent bed linen and towels for 75 kr. pr. person.
Animals are not allowed in the apartment, and you have to smoke outside.
