| Welcome to our B&B, centrally located, in a big garden which is free to use for relaxation. We also offer a playground with games for children.
Our B&B consists of 8 apartements:
2 apartements for 2 persons, 3 apartements for 2-3 persons, 2 apartements for 4-5 persons and 1 apartement for 4-5 persons (bigger than the others).
Each apartment is luxuriously equipped, providing guests with a fully equipped kitchen, private shower and WC, balcony with table & chairs, a sun-shade, a sun-blind and a device to put your wet clothes on. You get one key which you have to hand back for the safe and one for the door - for the time of your vacation. You can put your skis, the snowboard, the hiking shoes, rafting equipment etc. in our cellar. (Skiroom). There is also a little utility room to wash your clothes. At the end of 14 days we will give you fresh bed linen and we change the bath towels at the end of a week. If you would like to change it more often it costs an extra charge.
A hearty and varied breakfast which can be ordered to your apartement is also available.
Feel free to use our snug terrace (for small groups) in which there is a colour TV . Refreshments are available.
In our private “Guest- house” there are an additional new double rooms and a single room from up 26 € + local taxes available. The price depends on time, lengths of stay and the number of persons. Appartements are not let for less than 7 nights, except when used as room with bed and breakfast. Price reduction with a 3 week reservation!

Things To Do
|
| It's favourable to make holidays without the car because you can reach the centre in few minutes. There are also some very good restaurants, a bank, a bakery, tobacconists and bus stops (to Innsbruck etc.) near our house. Also a ski-bus stop is opposite our house. The town-bus takes you in every area of Imst. Also the new "Bummelbärzug" is a varied programme to see the areas of Imst.
You can make long and beautiful hiking-tours, and you can also make very nice outings by car. A 14 km long cross-country-route, an outdoor-swimming-pool, a sports center, the sport climbing hall and a touristic-office is also only few minutes from our house.
Next to our appartement-house there is a big garden, with our private guest house.
Guests can use the garden, which is especially nice for children. In our garden there is also a very nice and big terrace (for small groups) with a radio and a colour-TV. |
