Alps or marble quarries of Carrara.

| The house is in a strategic position in a hilltop small village: just 17 kilometers from Lucca, a medieval city of arts with its magnificient historical center, famous for its Antique stores , and about 20 kilometers from the beaches of the tuscan coast of Versilia.
Within a few kilometers you can also find a grocery store, small town shops, and some restaurants.
From here one can easily take trips also to Pisa , Forence , the Chianti area , Siena and San Gimignano , Carrara with its marble quarries. |

The House is composed 2 double bedroom and one single bedroom (for maximum 5 person). There is one living room with Tv, a kitchen and a typical tuscan "taverna"with fireplace.

The rental prices are as follow: - low season (from November 4th to April : 350Euro per week (minimum stay 3 nights -Except for Christmas time and December 31th. High season (from April to November 4th):490 Euro per week . Prices not INCLUDED, final cleaning (40 Euro) Gas for heating in winter and electricity's consumption . |
