In this context, just 2 km from Fonti del Clitunno, on the slopes of Trevi, city entered to belong to the prestigious national circuit "I Borghi Più Belli D'Italia", lies Casa Giulia, an old landholder’s home from the 17th century that still belongs to the same family. Recently transformed into an elite guesthouse, we offer our guests a taste of relaxation and tranquility.
The house has 7 spacious rooms. All rooms are furnished with air conditioning and period places. The room "Affreschi" has frescoes dating from the 17th century showing views of the valley.
In summer, breakfast is served in the large, tree-shaded garden and from which there is a view of the sunny swimming pool adorned with magnificent oleanders.
In the building of the XVIII° century, overlooking the house, three mini-apartments are found, furnished of air conditioning and private services.
The strategic location allows to easily reach the most beautiful places in Umbria: Spoleto (12km) - Assisi (22km) - Cascia e Norcia (40km) - Todi (35km) - Terni, cascata delle Marmore (35km) - Gubbio (65km) - Orvieto (50km) - Perugia (45km).
