| Austrian chalet in the Green Mountains of north central Vermont near the capital of Montpelier, mid-way between Stowe and Sugarbush resorts. Rural forest location 600 from Route 100 three miles from Waterbury, home of Ben & Jerry's ice cream factory (tours given year around). Everyone is welcome here including children. We cannot accept pets in the main building but they are welcome in our cabins which are open from late May to the end of October. |

Each cabin is the same, just decorated a little differently, Each has queen bed; bathroom with shower, toilet and sink; sitting area with woodstove; vaulted ceiling with paddle fan; deck. Located in the forest behind the inn with about 40 to 50 acres of hiking trails. Inn is open year around and cabins are open late May to the end of October. | Room Rate

Directions
|
| From Interstate highway 89, take exit 10, Waterbury-Stowe exit, turn south on Route 100 toward Waterbury. Follow Route 100 through the village of Waterbury. On the other side of town, cross the bridge over a river and take the first right to stay on Route 100 (Snowfire car dealership on the right at this intersection). Go exactly three miles (4.8 km) to the large green and white sign on the left. Turn left into the driveway. The driveway forks about 100 feet from the road - just bear left and come up the small hill. At the top, make a U-turn into the parking lot on the right. The inn is the three story building in front of you with the red door and brass numerals, "94" next to the door. In daylight, you will see a "Wilkommen" sign over the door. These directions are on our website and are also sent with all confirmation letters. |
