| he "Bed and Breakfast Al Giardino" rooms are in a small villa with a garden situated close to the historic city of Venice and to the centre of Mestre in the Veneto region of Italy.
We offer a type of hospitality with minimum restrictions: have breakfast at our place and afterwards you have maximum freedom to organise lunch, dinner and the other moments of your holiday!
Each room in our B&B is equipped with: a bed and a divan; private bathroom with WC, hand basin and shower; a full set of bed and bath linen; television; electricity supply, hot and cold water, central heating and air conditioning; private entrance; cleaning daily.
In addition, we offer free parking!
It could be said that the level of fittings and the service are equivalent to those of a 3 Star hotel, pension or hostel, while the cost is very advantageous economically, comparable to that of a 1 Star economy hotels, pensions or hostels.
The rooms of our B&B are handy for and easy to reach from the motorway, the Venice and Mestre Railway Stations, the Venice - Marco Polo International Airport, Venice - Treviso airport and the Passenger Terminal in the Port of Venice.
With the public bus and waterbus services you can easily reach all of the districts of the Venice metropolitan area from the bed and breakfast: Venice itself, the islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello, the beaches of Lido and Cavallino, Mestre and the mainland, the Riviera del Brenta.
Our bed and breakfast is also an ideal base for visiting, in addition to Venice itself, the beaches at Jesolo, Eraclea and Sottomarina, or the nearby cities of Treviso, Padova, Verona and Choggia.
We can offer you a relaxed atmosphere, a warm welcome and tranquillity.
We will be happy to offer you suggestions for "classic", "young", "out-of the-ordinary" tourist itineraries, in addition to sight-seeing, gastronomic, enological tips on the city of Venice.

The rooms
All the rooms are fully furnished with: beds (choice of double bed or two single beds), nightstands and divan; a full set of bed linen; television; electricity supply, hot and cold water, central heating and air conditioning; private entrance; cleaning daily.
The level of service is comparable to those of a 3 Star hotel, pension or hostel while the price is very favourable, equivalent to that of economy or 1 Star hotels, pensions or hostels!
The furniture is in cherry and cream with the soft furnishings of the rooms in blue; the ceilings are frescoed with a theme of sky and cloud.
The rooms are south facing and enjoy maximum sunlight.

Directions

| From Historic Center, Santa Lucia Rail Station, the Port of Venice should make their way to Piazzale Roma bus terminal; take buses n. 19, 84 or 4, alighting at the third bus stop on Via Altinia in Favaro. From Mestre Rail Station take the n. 15 bus to Piazza Pastrello in Favaro; there change to the n. 19, 84 or 4 and get off at the third stop on Via Altinia. Arriving at Venice by road or motorway, take the Mestre bypass ("Tangenziale") as far as the "Terraglio" exit; follow the signs for Venice and, at the second traffic lights, turn left into Favaro. Go straight ahead until Piazza Pastrello then turn left into Via Altinia. From Marco Polo International Airport take the n. 15 bus as far as Piazza Pastrello in Favaro; change to a n. 19, 84 or 4 and get off at the third stop on Via Altinia. From Treviso Airport take the "Eurobus Service ATVO" for Venice. At the terminal (Piazzale Roma) take buses n. 19, 84 or 4 alighting at the third bus stop on Via Altinia in Favaro. |
