Stellenview Luxury Cottage offers the discerning traveller a country stay experience within walking distance (less than 1.3 km) from the historic centre of Stellenbosch.
This luxury cottage, suitable for 2 adults is situated next to a beautiful farm overlooking Stellenbosch, the surrounding mountains and vineyards.

Come and relax on the spacious patio on the loungers or dine at the
4-seater table shaded by a large umbrella while taking in your surroundings and sipping on a glass of South Africa’s best.
Stellenview Luxury Cottage has an open plan lounge and kitchen that opens onto the spacious patio with large windows so that you can even enjoy the breathtaking views while inside from the kitchen and lounge. To assure absolute comfort on those warm summer days you can make use of the air-conditioning, carefully placed in the lounge so that it also cools down the bedroom. The sun is not always shining here in sunny South Africa, thus the apartment is also fitted with under floor heating as well as a cosy built-in fireplace (firewood for 1st burning is supplied, there after it’s for your own account).
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge, built-in hob with oven as well as a washer and dryer, thus you do not have to go to the Laundromat to do your laundry.
Braai / barbeque facilities are available and utensils are supplied.
For your convenience coffee, tea, sugar and milk sachets are also supplied.
The lounge is fitted with comfortable chairs, a Television with all DSTV (Satellite) channels as well as a surround sound DVD system (not connected to TV only for DVD / CD’s and Radio).
The en-suite bedroom has a Queen extra length bed fitted with crisp 100% Cotton Percale linen; it has a built-in cupboard with a digital safe installed as well as an alarm clock. Crisp white towelling robes and slippers are provided to make you feel right at home.
Stellenview’ s en-suite bathroom offers true relaxation ... twin basins, large corner bath, spacious shower complete with luxury toiletries and crisp white towels.
The cottage is fitted with burglar proofing as well as sliding security doors, thus you can enjoy fresh air even while taking a nap on the couch. Off-street parking is available.

Directions

| Directions From CPT Airport Via N2:
Turn Left into N2 - direction of Somerset West.
Then turn left into R310 (Baden Powell - Exit 33)
Then turn left again at stop on bridge in the direction of Stellenbosch.
Go past Stellenbosch Hills Cellars (on left).
Turn right @ T-junction into Adam Tas Road (direction Stellenbosch).
Continue over 1 set of traffic lights (Distell on right hand side).
Turn right at 2nd traffic light (Shell Garage on right) into Dorp Street.
Continue over next traffic light (R44 - Strand Street) up Dorp Street to 1st traffic circle.
Turn right at 1st traffic circle into Piet Retief Street (Checkers Shopping Centre on left).
Continue straight on this road (passing Paul Roos Gymnasium School on left) & up the little hill.
Turn left at T-junction on hill (with little grass park in front of you) into Dorpsig Road which becomes Stellenberg Avenue.
Continue around the corner & the 8th house on the left will be no 5 Stellenberg Avenue.
Enter the drive way & park on designated parking bay.
