| Our contemporary Cape Cod style home has large, comfortable rooms with queen sized beds, private baths, and air-conditioning. We feature beautiful country views, yet are just minutes from Seneca and Keuka Lakes. Enjoy a full country breakfast in the pool-side gazebo, then relax and watch the goldfinches and hummingbirds as they flit through our flower gardens. Fill your days with all that the Finger Lakes have to offer (wineries, antique shops, waterfalls, and much more!), or unwind with a swim in our pool and a walk in our woods. In the evening, we can recommend a restaurant that suits your mood- from casual country to elegant, romantic dining. On clear nights we can give star tours with a large telescope on our back lawn. |

Our newest room is a log cabin. The exterior has a rustic look, but this isn't your grampa's log cabin. We put in a very comfortable queen sized bed, state of the art air conditioner, flat screen TV, private bath, and more! Located at the edge of our woods, you are only a few steps away from the house and our famous breakfast. | Room Rate

| | Grand Suite
Our unique Grand Suite occupies the entire upper floor, with a separate sleeping room and sitting room. The hand-made quilt for the queen sized bed is an "Iris and Hearts design". The large private balcony (complete with gazebo) has a beautiful view overlooking the Benton Valley. The suite is air conditioned with its own control, and has a private bath. | Room Rate
The Grand Suite is $179 per night during peak season (May 1 through November 11), $159 off-season, for one or two people.
A single bed (a comfortable bed, not a cot or roll-away) can be put in the sitting room to accommodate a third person for $20 per night |

| | Sage Room
Our Sage Room is on the first floor, and has a romantic queen size sleigh bed. Our Mennonite friends sewed a "Boston Commons" quilt with rich colors for this bed. This room is the perfect antidote for those who have trouble sleeping while traveling- our Sage Room guests are often astonished at how well they sleep. The room also features 2 comfortable Queen Anne style recliner chairs for quiet moments reading or just relaxing by the fireplace.
