The Colonial Villa
| The Colonial Villa is part of Mairenui Rural Retreat's farmstay complex. Set in extensive grounds, the 110 year old Villa sleeps up to 10 persons, with room for an additional 3 in a separate sleepout. We have tried to keep the Villa as it was 100 years ago, though there are of course many modern appliances, such as whiteware, electric blankets etc ... but no TV! Verandahs on 2 sides of the house provide a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing, adventure, or just enjoying the farm. Meals are available at the Homestead on reservation. |
