| A Luxury, AA Four Star Licensed Guest House situated in Dorset, lying between Bournemouth and Poole. Offering the ultimate b and b experience. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms are double glazed and have individual thermostatic controls for guest comfort.
Facilities are above average including 100% Eygptian cotton, 600gram toweling and bed linen. Complimentary toiletries and a sewing kit and shoe shine kit are available upon request. An Iron and ironing board also available upon request. Complimentary tea or coffee on arrival with a home made treat to welcome you to our guest house.
A very comfortable guest lounge with leather reclining sofas and a separate conservatory dining room, where guests can sit in privacy, at your own table to enjoy a hearty breakfast. Both situated on the 1st floor. Evening meals also available. Parking also available. Sorry no under 18s as we are a licensed guest house. No pets except guide dogs. |

Things To Do
|
| As we are located so near the salubrious Sandbanks Penninsular ( as featured on TV recently.) An ideal place to stay if you are interested in anything to do with watersports, including fishing and boating. Compton Acres, a rare itallian sunken garden with wooded dells and sunlit glades is our nearest tourist attraction open all year round. Brown Sea Island, home of the Red squirril and the scout movement is only about 15 mins away by car. Then take a boat trip to the island. There is plenty to do for all year round. We have a comprehensive tourist information post in the main reception hall as you enter our guest house. Please help your self or if you need some tourist information or help do ask as we have lived in the area for many years and can usually point you in the right direction.

We have two, double ensuite rooms, One with the most beautiful Louise Cannes antique bed and marble topped bedside tables and the other with an Edwardian, Burr Walnut bed with matching dressing table and wardrobe. Both rooms are very comfortable and light and airy.
Apart from the usual colour tv, hairdryer etc. Each room has a refrigerator for fresh milk, a mini bar and many little finishing touches to make your stay more enjoyable. | Room Rate

| We are within easy reach of the M4, M27, M3, M25 motorways if travelling by car. National Express coaches Stop and set down and pick up passengers at the top of the road. Bournemouth Main line station is only minutes away by car. For a comprehensive journey guide or assistance on how to get here please do not hesitate to contact us. We recommend for travellers who will be coming by train to stop at Bournemouth and get a taxi here as we are nearer to Bournemouth main line station than Poole. |
