We offer guests the ultimate b and b experience. All rooms are en-suite, double glazed with guest room radiators having individual thermostatic controls for guest comfort.
Facilities are above average including: Tea/ coffee making facilities, with Fresh Milk provided daily. All rooms have fridges for fresh milk supplied daily. Flat Screen, Colour TV with Freeview and Free WiFi internet access. 100% Cotton, 600gram toweling and bed linen. Complimentary toiletries, sewing kit and shoe shine kit are available upon request. An Iron and ironing board also available upon request. Complimentary tea or coffee on arrival with a home made treat to welcome you to our guest house.
A very comfortable guest lounge with leather reclining sofas and a separate conservatory dining room, where guests can sit at individual tables and enjoy a hearty breakfast. Pre ordered, Supper Trays are available and packed full of home made treats and goodies.
Parking available. Sorry we have limited disabled access as guest rooms are on the first floor. Only children 16 or over. No pets except guide dogs.
