| Chris & Heidi welcome you to Penrose, their beautiful Victorian home with spacious rooms and plenty of original features. We have a range of family/double/twin ensuite rooms plus a luxury suite. All the bedrooms have TV, DVD/CD player, hairdryer, extensive beverage tray and bottled mineral water. The ensuites have electric showers plus fresh towels, shampoo/conditioner and shower gel. Breakfast is full cooked plus as much cereal, toast, orange juice, fruit, tea & coffee as you want. There is Wifi access throughout the house, and a computer in the dining room for guest's use. All free of charge. Lostwithiel is the antiques capital of Cornwall and has many pubs, restaurants, a river walk, church, museum etc within a 10 minute walk. The Eden Project is only a 10 minute drive, so are the local beaches. |

| There are lots of amenities close by, including local pubs, restaurants & takeaways. Coastal walks, cycling, golf courses, gardens, fishing, sailing and of course The Eden Project.
Lostwithiel itself has many antique shops, tea shops, restaurants, church, golf course, castle, river, parks, boats, museum and train station. |

This room has two single beds, and is compact and bijou. The bathroom is for the sole use of this bedroom and is along the hallway; bathrobes are provided.

|  | Family Suite
The Family Suite has a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and an ensuite shower room, plus a leather sofa in the bay window. Interconnecting doors lead to another large double bedroom with the full Sky package on the TV and a large bathroom; there are 2 comfy armchairs to relax in. Lastly you have the use of a fully equipped kitchen, which also has a table and 2 chairs. The two rooms can sleep up to 5 people.

Directions
|
| From the A30, turn off for Bodmin onto the B3268. Go straight into Bodmin (ignore the Lostwithiel sign before Asda), turn right at the end of the road, then left at the mini roundabout, through the lights in the centre of Bodmin, straight across the next mini roundabout and follow this road for several miles. At the Lanhydrock roundabout go straight over, ignore the sign for Lostwithiel at Sweetshouse and carry straight on. At the end of the road turn left and you are at the top of the hill for Lostwithiel. A mile down the hill there is a big brown historic town sign, turn left just before there into Scrations Lane and parking is first on the right. |
