Nick and Michelle welcome you to their Bed & Breakfast Homestay. Arborvale is an enchanting rammed earth property set in 2.5 acres of park-like gardens overlooking Lake Rotokauri. Offering 2 guest rooms located in a separate wing of the house with a well appointed private bathroom.
Fresh seasonal produce is available for our guests.

Things To Do

We are 2 minutes from Hamilton Zoo and 10 minutes from Hamilton City where you will find the Hamilton Gardens, Lake and River. Some great cafes and restaurants. Plenty of golf courses within a few minutes drive away. 30 minutes West is Raglan beach - some of the great surfing breaks in the world. 1 hour North is Auckland. Very central location for exploring the North Island.

Directions

From Hamilton Centre to Rotokauri (10 mins drive) - Follow SH1 (Avalon Drive) turn left into Rotokauri Road, after approx 400m turn right staying on Rotokauri Road. After apporx 4kms on top of the rise turn right into Duck Road and approx 500m turn right, we are located down the centre driveway.
