| Il sorger del sole is situated in an exceptional location on the tranquil hillside of Colle S. Giorgio and its elevated position commands magnificent panoramic views towards the Adriatic Sea.
There are over four acres of gardens and ancient olive groves for guests to sunbathe or picnic, relax and read or just admire the views, listen to the church bells and in the evening light candles and gaze at the clear starlit sky.
There are two beautiful individually designed rooms both situated on the ground floor of the house each with an independent entrance providing privacy.
There is a small DVD, CD, video, books and magazines library and tourist information and a local restaurant guide are provided. Rooms are heated in the cooler months and are naturally cool in hotter months.
Guests can choose the 'slow breakfast' which is a delicious buffet and is available from 8.00am to 11.00am or the 'anytime breakfast' which is provided in your room in advance and is perfect for early risers. Private dining is available and also a popular option the 'eat with your hosts' suppers. Vegetarians and vegans catered for.

This delightful character room has a lovely antique feel. It is a very peaceful room and is situated on the ground floor of the house. Access is through a private wooden vine covered portico with double glazed doors to the bedroom and another door to the dressing/shower room with shower, WC and wash handbasin. It has lovely views of the garden, olive groves and the distant medieval town of Macerata. There is an inside seating area. It is furnished with stylish wrought iron twin beds or double bed which is comfortable and inviting.(please advise which option you would like) The room is furnished with teletext TV/video, fridge/mini-bar, bathrobes, bath sheets, hand towels, beach towels and hairdryer.
