At Amber House you will find a calm, welcoming atmosphere. You can relax in our southerly facing garden and invite guests to dine with you.
Our 10 bedrooms are priced individually, according to their size and facilities and you will find photos and prices and availability on our website.
6 rooms have sea views; 2 premier rooms have sea views and showerbaths and there are groundfloor rooms too. All bedrooms have digital satellite or Freeview TV/radio and DVD players in addition to hairdriers, toiletries and beverage facilities.
We are experienced in catering for gluten-free or dairy-free diets and offer a range of options for vegetarian evening meals.
Here you have the best of coast and country with Goodrington Sands only a few pleasant minutes stroll away as is the Dart Valley Steam Railway and the South West Coast Path.
The quaint, harbour town of Brixham is 15 minutes by car or bus and Dartmoor 35 minutes. Yet you are only 10 minutes to Paignton on foot and if you must have retail therapy or nightlife Torquay is on the doorstep!

| BRILLIANT LOCATION : Paignton station is five minutes by taxi. Amber House is well-situated for the beach - Goodrington Sands is a few minutes pleasant stroll away as are Paignton (Roundham) harbour, The Dartmouth Steam Railway and Young's Park, the South West Coast Path and Quay West Water Park. Dartmoor is 35mins by car. You can walk to Paignton town and Paignton Beach within ten minutes to enjoy shopping, cinema and facilities for families. NEARBY: water sports, coach trips, leisure centre, NT Gardens and historic houses, numerous boat trips and fishing trips. |

M5 to Exeter
A380 to Newton Abbot then Torquay then Paignton
In Paignton turn left into A3022 towards Zoo
*Go straight on at traffic lights at crossroads for Paignton Zoo/Morrisons Supermarket
After approx 30 metres at brow of hill turn right into Hayes Road
Carry straight on DO NOT turn left again into another part of Hayes Road but continue straight as road becomes Penwill Way
At T junction (Torbay Leisure on left hand side) turn left into Dartmouth Road (A379)
At roundabout take right (signed sea front) then turn almost immediately right again into Roundham Road
Amber House (rear car park) is on right-hand side after approx 150metres
