At the south of the department of L'Indre on the borders of Limousin, a short drive from Argenton sur Creuse, Saint Benoit du Sault, Eguzon and La Souterraine, La Villonnière provides an oasis of calm away from the stresses of the motorway. La Villonnière makes an ideal stop over for travellers from the channel ports heading for the Mediterranean.

Local Directions to La Villonnière from A20 Auto Route.
Exit junction 20 from the A20 and head for Parnac (see map) After approximately 200yds. after passing though the small hamlet of la Verger turn sharp right and continue for about 1/2 mile, turn left, this should be sign posted Chambres d’Hôtes / la Villonnière. After about a 1/4 of a mile turn left sign posted Chambres d’Hôtes, at the first house you are here.
