Things To Do

Explore our miles of coast line ,walk on miles of hard packed sand on the beaches of the famous Bay Of Fundy (only two miles from us), go canoeing on Darling Lake, visit one of the many local museums or explore the many lighthouses that dot the coast. You can visit the wharfs and see the many boats that sail on the Bay Of Fundy Tides and watch the catches being unloaded. Of course you can simply relax with us at the Mansion, enjoy our evening seafood buffet and listen to the stories following dinner--perhaps listen to the sounds of our loons before breakfast; also enjoy the 360 degree view from the widow's walk

Directions

We are located at Darling Lake , nine miles from the Town of Yarmouth on # 1 Highway going north west (on the Evangeline Trail ) OR we are off Highway 101 at exit #33 -Darling Lake.

From Yarmouth there is daily bus service to Halifax (via South Shore), taxi service, and a high-speed ferry that runs to Maine, USA seasonally.
