| Paranhos da Beira is located approximately 10 km away from Seia, entrance to the Estrela Natural Park and main access to Covilhã and Penhas da Saúde, where the tourist will be able to do innumerable sports, ranging from the most radical to the healthy and calm stroll on foot.
The city of Viseu is located 30 km away, and beyond being able to visit its historical monuments and the architectural houses emblazoned with coats of arms, you will be able to go to Montebelo Golf field.
It has 3 courses of 18 holes and it covers a surface of 200 hectares with an excellent atmosphere and exceptionals sights |

Directions
|
| To get to Paranhos da Beira follow the A1 – Lisbon/Porto until the Coimbra Norte exit / IP3. When you get to Rojão Grande, leave IP3 at the Mangualde – Guarda exit / IC12 and head towards Nelas. In the roundabout of Fonte Luminosa (João XXIII Square) in the center of Nelas, take EN231 in the direction of Seia / Serra da Estrela. 12 km after entering Paranhos da Beira, turn left in the Luciano Homem Ferreira Street, where you will find the house.
Coming from A25, head towards Mangualde or Celorico da Beira and then Nelas or Seia, depending on your exit.
