| We look forward to offering you the ideal bush break, for the real nature lover. Magalies bush lodge is in the Naauwpoort valley of the Magaliesberg.
We offer comfortable fully equipped self-catering chalets. (The chalets are not serviced). Each has a private boma/braai. Come and relax whilst enjoying magnificent views amongst the jackal’s cry.
Only 75 km from Randburg, and 35 km from Rustenburg.
Magalies bush lodge has Blesbok, Black Wildebeest, and Red Hartebeest. The lodge also has a wonderful variety of birdlife about 115 different species spotted to date.
Leisure activities include game walks, bird watching, 4 X 4 track challenge. One may also do some fishing, catch and release (provided there is water in the dams). Bicycle ride, swimming pool with braai area. There is also a play Area at the pool. We also have a volleyball /basketball court /badminton, a phoofie slide, and a small shooting range. DSTV (in conference room) for all those sporting enthusiasts.
Leisure activities within area include horse riding, mountain trials, curio & gift shops, tea gardens, cheese factories, candle dipping, canopy riding, hot air balloon rides, hand crafted furniture factories, and the oldest gold mine in Gauteng. Big 5 Game Reserve +/- 80 km away, Sun city and Maropeng.

Our Rates for couples are R220.00pppns. (Minimum two night stay)
Rates for four adults and more are R195.00 pppn. (Minimum two-night stay)
All children under 12 are R105.00pppn.
Single night bookings are R265.00 pppns irrespective of the amount of people and subject to conditions.
For all long weekends/holidays there is a minimum three-night booking.
Pppns stands for (per person per night sharing).

Directions
|
| Get on to the 14th ave off ramp and on Hendrick Potgieter Road heading towards Roodepoort. Go on to four way stop. Krugersdorp/Pretoria highway (N14). Go straight until you reach T-junction. Turn right and follow the Ventersdorp/Rustenburg route. Go on until you reach four way stop. (R24) Turn right and go on until you reach Magaliesburg, follow map from Magaliesburg. Recommended route is to keep on the R24 road until vlakfontein. Turn left on to a dirt road for 6 km, until you see a sign to naauwpoort turn right for 5km.
