A large country garden including an outdoor swimming pool surrounds the house and there are beautiful views across ancient parkland to our secluded lake, a haven for wild life.

Located in the countryside you will be able to get away from it all yet be conveniently situated just off Junction 8A of the M40 and within easy reach of all the attractions of Oxford just 5 miles away. Our B and B is an ideal base for exploring the Cotswolds and Chiltern Hills and if you are arriving from or going abroad Heathrow Airport is just 45 minutes away by car.

Things To Do

Oxford is one of the most popular tourist destinations in England, the attractions of the University and other historic buildings are clustered within easy walking distance arund the medieval core of this relatively smally city. Walking tours, open-top bus tours and even cycling tours can be arranged. The Oxfordshire Way a 65 mile recreational walk passes through Holton close to our bed and breakfast accommodation and includes two Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Cotswolds and the Chiltern Hills. Village pubs abound in the area and Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons, Raymond Blanc's Michelin starred restaurant, is only 3 miles away at Great Milton. Waterperry Gardens well worth a visit and Waterstock Golf Club are also close by.
