Property Description

 
The history of La Casa Nova begins in the 11th century, when the building was a control tower in the middle of Tevere valley. In the 17th century it became a Country house, with a particular structure called "a corte chiusa", owned by Cangi family, whose discendent go on living there. Recently restorated in hits haylofts, La Casa Nova accomodate guests in two independent Bed & Breakfast apartments, just in front of one of the cool gardens, where enjoying the pleasant quiet and relaxing on comfortable chair or on the amaca.

BY CAR:
from Milan-Bologna:
highway A14 to Cesena; exit Cesena nord,
follow E45 to Rome-Perugia;
exit Sansepolcro sud and turn on the right to Anghiari;
reaching the hamlet S. Fiora, turn on the right corrisponding to the sign "S. Croce".
from Rome:
highway A1 to Orte; follow E45 Perugia-Cesena;
exit Sansepolcro sud and turn on the left to Anghiari;
reaching the hamlet S. Fiora, turn on the right corrisponding to the sign "S. Croce".
from Florence:
highway A1 to Rome; exit Arezzo;
follow directions to Sansepolcro along S.S.73; turn on the left to Anghiari;
reaching the hamlet S. Fiora, turn on the right corrisponding to the sign "S. Croce"

BY TRAIN:
from Arezzo railway station (Italian Railways FS Milan-Rome).
you can take a taxy (28 Km distance) or a bus to reach Sansepolcro (autolinee SITA).
