| Located just 5 minutes from the city centre with excellent accessibility to all forms of transport, form our location we can get to most city locations quicker than if you were in the city. We live close by the K.L ring road system so we can pick our access points around the city thereby missing the inner city traffic. Their is no other location to compare in Kuala Lumpur our site comprises 188 acres with a private 35 acre park in the middle that is exclusively for the residents and guests, wake up to the sounds of bird songs, enjoy views of the park and all the facilities and amenities from the two large balconies 14 ft X 7 ft, wake up each day refreshed and eager to explore K.L.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a beautiful crafted solid timber king bed adorns the master bedroom, bedroom also has a solid timber queen bed, whilst bedroom three has two double bunks thus we are able to sleep 8 in comfort.
The kitchen as with the rest of the apartment has been built as if to be occupied by full time occupants, therefore it is well equipped and well appointed with sold timber cupboards, frame etc and granite counter tops, their is an elec oven, gas hobs, microwave, fridge freezer, pot pans woks etc + enough cutlery crockery etc for you to cook up a treat.
All bedrooms have built in robes & air-con and have fantastic views of the common area with its 3 swimming pools, huge recreational area. The master bedroom having an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower.
About Malaysia Kuala Lumpur
Enjoy relaxing / romantic walks in the park, walk to the kuala lumpur performing arts centre to see a show, the sentul koi centre to view over 5,000 fish that are reared on site and sold to buyers the world over. Local shops include the Mutiara shopping complex, banks, sundry shops, hair dressers, hawker stalls, restaurants & more in fact most items one would wish to purchase are available locally. Sentul west was originally one of the first trading posts in K.L our local train station was the last on the line hence the area was very busy with traders coming from far and wide to buy, sell and conduct business. In the park some of the historical facades form the old train workshops have been used in the construction of the K.L performing arts centre.

Tourist attraction such as the twin towers, K.L tower, Central Market, China Town, Kuala Gandah Elephant Sanctuary, K.L's lake gardens, Butterfly park, Bird Park, Zoo Negara all within 10Km of our condo ( except the elephant sanctuary 1 1/2 hrs drive away ) |
