| Casa Del Casco Viejo, "The House in the Old Town" is a traditional townhouse in the historic quarter of Cehegín. The location of our property offers you a taste of small town life in rural Spain. We have a choice of three well appointed suites to suit your requirements. The largest, our Murcia suite, has both a double and a twin bedroom, a private lounge with fridge and tea/coffee making facilities as well as complimentary local wine. Your exclusive ensuite bathroom completes the accommodation. Both Valencia and Madrid suites have a twin bedroom, ensuite bathroom and lounge with fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and complimentary wine. |

Things To Do
|
| There is an indoor swimming pool and sports centre as well as an outdoor summer pool with bar and picnic area. The many bars, tapas bars and restaurants offer an incredible choice of watering holes and places to snack or satisfy the hungriest appetites in typical Spanish surrounding almost 24 hours a day.
The main industry of Cehegin in the past was shoemaking and avid shoe purchasers of the present will not be disappointed by the number of shoe shops currently in the town as well as bags, jewellery, clothes, furniture and a plethora of objets d’art not only of Spanish origin but from many countries on this continent and Africa.
The Region of Murcia is noted for spectacular scenery that can be enjoyed both by car tour and as a walker.
Regular fiestas, fairs and processions, both religious and just for the fun of it, can be enjoyed year round in Murcia. As well as the Easter processions or Semana Santa, Cehegín is noted for its week long Patrons fiesta from the 8th to the 14th of September every year. |

Directions
|
| From the C415 (AUTOVIA DEL NOROESTE) take the second exit for Cehegín, exit 55 (oeste), not 53 (este). Go ahead at the first roundabout (under the bridge) and right at the second. Very soon you will see a petrol station on the left and then traffic lights ahead. Turn left at these and then straight ahead at the crossroad which is immediately after this turn at the lights.
As this road ascends you need to take the next right hand turn. This is Calle La Fortuna.
Follow this street, ignoring the first two roads on your left, as it bears around to the left and then widens to allow parking. Continue ahead through a slight kink to the left and then signal right to go straight ahead into Calle Zafra as La Fortuna bears left again.
Head downhill from here and continue as the road bends left, go slow through the narrow bit and then you will see our house (terracotta colour) on the left.
Park in front of the house, then just ring the doorbell and we shall come out to help with your luggage.
